On our trip to Virginia we visited the Luray Caverns, the biggest caverns in the area, with impressive depths and views. The Mirror Lake was only an optical illusion. The water at the bottom is only a few inches deep, but the reflection made it look much deeper.
















































































The caverns boast the worlds largest musical instrument, a giant pipe organ, made with stalagtites and stalagmites. It plays multiple tunes, including Happy Birthday.
